Thank you so much for sharing this story, and this spot. Both are beautiful. I came to your website to learn more about your agency, and now it makes me want to learn even more. What a true inspiration.

Love this:
"Well, you need to start by placing your focus on inspiration rather than filtration."

I don't hire or respect anyone who doesn't have a unique POV on what they like, what they don't like, and most importantly, "why," in terms of both work and agency cultures.

It's amazing how few creatives actually take the time to sit and think about what inspired them to get into this business in the first place. To truly understand their intentions and beliefs beyond the novelty of being in the creative business. And to be able to articulate why they choose to stay amidst all the industry changes that continually challenge these intentions and beliefs.

People and their agencies must truly, "know what they believe." And those beliefs must jive together. If they don't, then you won't have to waste time meeting people who don't fit. When they do, and you welcome a like-minded zealot into the fold, clients smell it and it's intoxicating.

Thanks for the inspiration.

This is an incredibly touching story well told. I only stopped by your web site to find out more about the agency. I had no idea I would be getting so much more than I bargained for.

It's so tough to lose a loved one, and so good to read your account of the event. I wish only that every day everyone would love one another with the same intensity we feel when we suffer a loss. Bubbles 2: Beautiful!
